Note the fullness of the upper portion of the breast in the right photo. This is the permanent fullness that will exist after an implant is placed. While the breast may appear this full at the top following only a breast lift, this fullness will not last beyond 6 months.

This photo is simply representative of the changes a breast implant provides. An implant will increase breast projection (how far the nipple complex projects) and increase breast size and fullness of the upper breast.
